Chartered Accountancy Services Available in New Zealand

NZ Securities Managing Director Garth Melville is a Chartered Accountant and has an association with another Chartered Accountant to attend to the accountancy requirements for our offshore and domestic clients. This business is located in the NZ Securities premises. This business, specialises in compliance accounting, tax and goods and services tax advice, with a special emphasis for property and business. The services are tailored for offshore resident clients. We also have associations with competent and experienced lawyers, audit specialist accountants, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers and valuers. We can provide referrals if requested.

Secretarial - Maintaining the Company

Once established a Company is required to maintain its statutory records at all times and be kept in good standing. This includes the filing of the appropriate returns with various Government Agencies. NZ Securities Ltd are able to ensure that our Client Companies are maintained in accordance with the statutory requirements, as required.

It is essential that these records are current and maintained properly if the Company, and any Trust is to function legally, its assets are preserved, and its trading activity safeguarded.
